Meet Viva La Vandal: Fake Rare Pepe Artist

The Artist:

Viva La Vandal, born and raised in the UK, is not your everyday artist. He’s not old school. He’s classical. And he’s a graffiti artist.

Viva’s worked alongside some street legends in the UK, such as Goldie & Aroe. On top of that, he’s even created a bridge of his own, across to the US, collaborating with LL COOL J amongst other hip hop legends!

When it comes to art & NFTs, Viva’s style, and his output, is unmatched. With a body of work that spans decades & exists across multiple mediums (varying from street graffiti to high-end fashion) and different NFT collections across multiple chains, Viva is undoubtedly one of the hardest workers in the room.

Viva started off deep in the DnB scene, creating flyers with Design Asylum, before moving on through street art and fashion projects, then bringing his wealth of design expertise to web3, via XCP.

Viva has been and will continue to be a valued member of a FAKE RARES community that perfectly matches his style. He’s also been working away furiously, teaming up with RARE SCRILLA, INDELIBLE & “Shower Shoes”, to launch a community-driven PepeFP (pepe profile picture) Project Alcatraz Swim Team.

This would be one of my most highly rated NFT collections heading into 2023… due to the signature graffiti style, some truly spectacular traits, and layers upon layers of dankness that have been embedded within the assets.

The story of AST centres around a bunch of frogs escaping from, you guessed it, Alcatraz, and there are freshly minted swimmers escaping daily, so you better get across to alcatrazswimteam.com ASAP if you want to help one break out!

Below is a recent interview, hosted by Killa Kela & featuring Viva La Vandal.

The Art:

Coming for the throne, THENFTMVPEPE, by Viva, is as deeply meaningful as the KRISSAWOOGABUSI that came the week before it.

Framing Pepe as the Black Mamba, marrying the frog and the snake together in holy matrimony, Viva has presented to us what can only be described as a grail.

It’s been almost three years since the untimely passing of the beloved Kobe Bean Bryant.

Gone, but never forgotten. Images and memories of the man once called “The 8th Wonder of The World” will live on in all of us, for our lifetime, and beyond.

Perhaps none more so than the one Viva has depicted for us here.

On the 15th of June 2001, Kobe and the Lakers had just beaten AI and the 76ers, to claim the Larry O’Brien Trophy, yet here we find a somewhat dejected-looking Kobe. A champion of the world, but an unhappy one.

This had to do with the fact that Kobe had fallen out with his parents, to the extent that they’d missed his wedding a couple of months previously.

The image suggests that a crown means nothing if you can’t share it with the ones you love.

THENFTMVPEPE is in a similar predicament. He knows, with absolute certainty, that he is the Most Valuable Player in the ecosystem, but right now, a lot of his frens are yet to realise.

In a world full of lions, apes, penguins, seals, dickbutts and moonbirds, there can only be one, MVPEPE.

And that same Pepe lives inside each and every one of us.

Parting thought:

As in my previous article about Arwyn, I’d like to remind you, the reader, that none of this is financial advice.

But Pepe is, and will continue to be, the NFT world’s Most Valuable Player… and asset. So do with that what you will.

On top of that, Viva La Vandal is, and will continue to be one of the MVP’s too.

That is to say, one of the Most Valuable Pepe’s.
