Artbotter for Art Blocks

Artbotter for Art Blocks

Fans and community members get so much involved and inspired that they tend to create solutions for problems they have faced. Art Blocks are winning hearts, and have you ever missed out on one because you were busy and could not mint at the right time? Then, here is a solution found by one of the fans - #ArtBotter for the ArtBlocks lovers to mint an NFT at a price you need (if luck permits!) even when you are held up with your ‘other world’ real-life chores.

How does it work?

You could place a bid for any number of NFTs on any Art Blocks project before it drops with the amount of Ethereum you are willing to pay. The opensource smart contract is designed such that the bots will run around for you to mint an NFT the moment it’s available at your price.

All you have to do is place a bid, then your money would be held in escrow and would be used to mint the NFT if the price matches right. If not, don’t worry just cancel the bid and you will receive a refund of the full money.

You might have a lot of questions in mind. The artbotter website has clearly answered a lot of them.

But remember that Artbotter has no official affiliation with Art Blocks. The bots are run by some from the FlashBots community as mentioned on the website.

As published, the code is not yet audited and hence be cautious with the amount of money being sent.

“We're definitely "testing in prod" here. If you lose money, there is exactly nothing we can do for you. You won't be reimbursed in any way. We did our best, and we'll be trusting the contract with our own money, but this is alpha software and you should treat it as such” as stated on the website.

Also, the bots do not help you mint the NFT at a cheaper price, the actual price and the gas fees, as usual, would be charged.
